Time of Day
I hear a lot of people notice multiple sclerosis symptoms increase during certain times of the day. Anyone else have experience with this? If so, what types of symptoms and at what times of day?

I have found that mornings and late afternoons are bad for me. I have also found that after the sun sets and it starts to get dark that I feel better and can get some things done that I do not have the engery for during the day.
